First Working Experience / Obstacle Course

Finally after preparing and planning, today is the day we get tested on our obstacle course exam and ALSO, my FIRST woking experience, other than working for my own old man of course.


Woke up pretty late cause of my own nature of not responding to any alarms made to man. I quickly bathed and prepared ONE set of formal attire for my work night, ONE set of scout uniform, ONE set of normal clothing....
and NO clean UNDERWEAR!!!


bring underwear...bring underwear....but nooooo...I FORGOTEN.


After arriving while picking mok up, and after Apple's endless screaming of plans and all, we got started.
Since im in-charge of the COMMANDO obstacle, I took a hammer and hoe, my stilts ive prepared a night before and went to the slope at the abbandoned toilet.
To make this clear, I did this SOLO ...


I instantly started hammering the stilts into the ground, tried measuring it so it can actually fit my ass in it, but it was too short. Could'nt do anything anyway.
After climbing up and down of the slope, falling and sliding on my ass all the way down a few times, im finnaly done.


Being helpful, I assisted Stephan in making his "Sandwich" obstacle and after all the hasle, uniform changes, and chillin's. We sat down and talked about how Joseph "CAME" on an empty stomach xD.


Our obstacle course contains 12 obstacles, not trying to bore my reader's with endless scout crap, im not gonna list'em out.
We went through the obstacle with fairly no problem, as it's standards were set to meet a certain midget. Desmond's mishap which made him fell face-first into grass. He told me how refreshing grass was too! (cow-afterlife-er xD).


I regreted making that commando and even being the incharge of it. I swear I am never gonna be incharge of that anymore. I couldnt even overcome the monster I created myself, as I was the last one up and it was FUCKING slippery, with all roots and grass GONE!


Bathing.....Cleaning...


Did I forget to mention that I did'nt ate NUTS before comming to school?!
meaning I didnt eat for already 21 hours.
NO breakfast!
NO lunch!
I saw mok as a huge walking burger and desmond like desmond. (he isnt appertizing..shh! :D)


So after finishing I went to Joy and ate...
FOOD...oh GLORIOS FOOD!!.

Went to Desmond's place to shower and get ready after that. Desmond's house always had this homey feeling :D and also contained this spraying-ass-cleaner-pipe on the toilet bowl!..

His uncle came and picked us all to Civic centre where we worked.
He's a pretty friendly and charismatic guy :D...
We arrived, briefed and started working!
This event was for a school in Penrissen (rich ass malays -.-) with 50 tables. The place where they had the event was stunning indeed.


At first it was pretty simple really...we were assigned into pairs, each pair taking a flight of stairs, so we were just passing the dishes to the next pair and so on.
I paired up with MOK :D!!!
We spent our 1st our plus sitting around talking, thinking this is the easiest job in the world!! Sitting around and waiting for money!!! NOT!


It was what they called an Eight Course Meal.
When the food was done, we sent it up two by two. Still OK...
Sitting around waiting for the dishes to be finished.
We also get to eat the leftovers!
Leftover's as in the dishes that didnt make it to the tables!
The Mango Sago is just HEAVENLY! Just dont take half the whole bowl like I did.
The hardest part was at the end of the whole ordeal, the cleaning up and keeping up part.
We had to sort the plates, stack the chairs and move'em up and down and tables too. But i gotta admit, what we did aint NOTHING compared to what they did!


With the nights experience, I comfirm that i wouldnt wanna grow up to be a waiter!
It maybe an awesome job as part-time students, but not a good work choice.
But all in all, the pay was nice :D...with an added bonus from the boss himself personaly!
